This dataset provides information on Scheduled Maintenance Activities on the Distribution Network operated by E-REDES, organized by geographic location and time period.
Planned interventions for a safer and more reliable network. Scheduled electricity supply interruptions allow E-REDES to carry out maintenance, modernization, and reinforcement works on the electricity network in a planned and safe manner. These interventions help improve service quality and reduce the risk of outages.
Interruptions only for safety reasons or when there is no alternative. This procedure is only used when the intervention requires a temporary interruption of power supply for safety reasons or after all technical alternatives that would allow the electricity supply to be maintained have been exhausted.
Interventions limited to small geographic areas. Each intervention is restricted to a defined geographic area. In the list below, complete seven-digit postal codes are provided, identifying small areas, often corresponding to a single street, a street segment, or a small group of buildings. Therefore, the indication of a parish or locality does not mean that the entire area will be affected.
A very limited impact on the customer base. On average, these interventions affect approximately 2,000 of the 6.5 million customers served by E-REDES each week.
Advance notice to affected customers. Potentially affected customers are informed in advance by text message and email, provided their contact details are available.

As connection points, the electricity distribution network, and consumption and generation values are inherently dynamic, the information provided may be subject to subsequent changes and updates.
